As many of you may have heard of Zabbo.ME, whether for the good times or the bad, we can all agree that every time it was opened under my ownership, it managed to peak as one of the top English hotels, mostly thanks to our amazing staff and our community.My Retro Journey
I got into Habbo Retros at a young age, around 13, just like many of you. Back in those days, the biggest hotels were peaking with 5,000+ users online, and smaller hotels had anywhere from 25 to 100 players. The community was much different back thenāmore friendly, more supportive. People were willing to help one another for free, teaching each other as they went. But after the mass Habbo mute and casinos being removed, I feel like the retros started to decline.My first ever retro was Force Hotel v26 username was Celeron and known as ex-staff justins had my own thrones and poser, one of my close friends on there was called Stalking until Yoshi banned him for no reason, it was owned by Aaron and Andrew. Their economy system was one of the best and most addictive I've ever seen, and itās part of the reason I fell in love with retros. When Andrew took over, and the hotel eventually shut down, I was left wanting to learn how to make a hotel just like it. Thatās when my journey started.
I spent days on forums like RageZone and DevBest, scrolling for hours trying to figure out how to set up my own Habbo retro. Back then, there werenāt many tutorials for beginners, so I had to learn by trial and error. No coding knowledge, just the desire to create something special. I eventually got my client working, which allowed me to enter rooms and chat!!
Habbo Retros gave me an escape from the real world, where I was dealing with personal losses all the time and issues at home. I grew up in a rough household and neighborhood, lost friends to gun violence, was adopted from an early age, and dealt with my own mental health as a kid. I found my escape inside the retro community. Many people I met online had similar struggles, and that made it easier to form bonds.
As I got older and spent more time in the retro community, I learned a lot from developers, especially my long-time friend Hamada. Weāve been friends for 15 years and often share code and ideas to improve each other's work. However, we had some major fallouts, mostly caused by a person who wanted to create drama between us. This person spread lies, stalked me online, and tried to ruin my reputation by making false accusations onmy name with his group of friends following along.
A lot of this drama stemmed from Noah, my former co-owner. He stepped down after I refused to allow favoritism or bullying in my hotel. After all the drama caused and making me lose friends I've had for over 10+ years I made on retros, and our fallout, I found myself turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms like alcohol and smoking more than normal to deal with the stress and not understanding why someone would do all that. I lost focus on the community and the project that once brought me joy. I found myself in the middle of trying to defend my name with rumors he'd spread like wildfire with his group of friends he had, along with past friends of mine he got to turn on me by making up lies to them to dislike me. I eventually stepped away from the community, leading to missed work and accusations of scamming. Wess banned me from DevBest after an argument, and Johno (XHosts), the owner of a hosting company, blamed me for DDoS attacks and even accused me of distributing rat viruses because I once shared a cracked version of Navicat I found online when I was 16. Unfortunately, the constant drama caused me to close and reopen Zabbo.ME several times.
Despite all of this, I started giving back to others instead of charging them for my time or things I did for them like I used to do before, and I started helping people for free in hopes of making amends by helping others in the community for free after starting my sober lifestyle. Iāve learned a lot from these experiences and now understand that lifeās too short to care about drama. People in the retro community often judge others based on rumors, but I believe in getting to know someone personally instead of following what others say.
While Iāve made mistakes, Iāve grown and learned that reacting to every little thing isnāt worth it. I hope my story helps others understand me better and realize that Iām not defined by the drama or gossip in the community
It was an experience that taught me to watch who I let close to me because when they don't get their way, they'll turn on you. I found it crazy that him and his friend group spent a solid 2 years night and day, stalking my family members on online social sites and trying to dox or swat me. Every time I went to a hotel, they'd find me and target me to spread more lies. When I did it back, I became the immature one and the awful person because I got tired of being a human punching bag, so they finally got a reaction out of me and didn't like when I targeted each one of them and how they did me. They didn't expect me to do anything about it, but when I did, they tried to play the victim when it started getting personal to them. However, I eventually learned to brush it off as I matured. Life is too short to let negativity affect me, especially when those who know me in real life and online know who I truly am.
I also realized that I had engaged in my own share of petty behavior in the past, and I learned that it wasnāt worth it. I plan to keep giving back to the community and to use this as a learning curve because even though retros aren't my life anymore, I do like working on stuff for them for friends I still have in the community because I know it once made me happy. When you grow up, retros are just the least of your worries in life since
Inspiration and Credit
I want to thank people like Andrew and Sledmore for inspiring me to create a hotel the way I did. Andrewās approach to the economy system in Force Hotel had a big impact on me, and I tried to replicate the feeling while adding my own twist. Sledmoreās work on the Plus Emulator also had a huge influence on me. When the Flash player was dying, I worked on integrating web sockets for Nitro into my Plus edit, which I got working because I didnāt want to use Morningstar. I poured countless hours into it, making sure everything worked properly.The project was built using RevCMS, and Iāve always stuck with it because thatās what I started with when I first got into retros. RevCMS has been a part of my journey from the very beginning, and Iāve always felt comfortable working with it.
When Flash Player went out of date, and the Plus Emulator was no longer in use for Nitro, I didnāt want to let go of RevCMS. Instead, I recoded it to work with Morningstar ARC Emulator and Nitro. I wanted to make sure I could use old work in the new era of retros. Keeping the project alive by adapting it.

Why Am I Releasing the Zabbo Files?
Iām releasing the Zabbo files because of Meta an old close friend of mine who bought the full Zabbo pack with his credit card at that, getting in his feelings for me calling him out for being fake and blocking him because he tried to resell my Zabbo pack to someone which React ended up getting wind of and telling the person to get it from me directly since it was my project and Meta told me he'd never leak or sell my project upon buying it. I also believe itās time. Iāve had enough of the toxicity in the community. I hope that by releasing these files, people can see the project for what it truly was something that brought joy to many.To anyone whoās followed my journey, I hope this makes you understand me better. I may not be perfect, and Iāve made my mistakes, but Iāve always tried to be true to myself and help others. So, with that, Iāll leave you guys with this: Be kind and always get to know someone for yourself.

He was saying I was āpussyā for blocking him because he couldnāt reply, even though he has my phone number and couldāve just messaged me. So, I decided to join his Discord server and join their voice call to confront him.Old I wouldāve definitely lost it and acted immaturely, but I kept my cool. He wanted to make a big deal out of me removing him, so I jumped into his server call with everyone there. Honestly, Iām just sad that my OBS software was muted for the return audio because his responses were so short. He basically just said, "It is what it is," like he didnāt know what to say. I even had to ask him if he was going to reply or not. and you can see Bop's mic light up when he asked me what was going on, so I explained it to him.
I straight up told Meta itās his fault for being fake, and he just hit me with, "It is what it is." LOOOOOOOOOL.

- Automated Sales & Revenue: The Zabbo store is automated, handling VIP memberships and furniture sales via PayPal. In the past, this system generated up to Ā£1,500/month with 50-80 active daily users.
- Stability & Security: Zabbo has been tested with large user bases, ensuring stability and security.
- Discord Bot Integration: An integrated Discord bot keeps your community connected and tracks hotel activities in real time.

I wanted to give you all an update on my journey and let you know that while one chapter is closing, a new one is just beginning. Iām working hard on a CMS in NextJS and a brand new theme, but these are private projects for now.
Iāll continue to release updates and fix bugs in Zabbo Release via GitHub as I find the time. This project isnāt over, and Iām always looking for ways to improve it. You can pick which download you want. The GitHub will get changes for fixing bugs or anything related to the project. I couldn't put the game folder with the CMS on Github due to storage size, so it's a mega link. Please make sure to put the downloaded "Zabbo-Game-Folder.zip" game folder in your ZabboCMS files main folder.
