Enabling JavaScript Plugins on AtomCMS

Hi all!

I was just wondering if there was any way to allow for Javascript Plugins to actually show on my client ran through AtomCMS? I've added in the JS Plugin, but it's now not even allowing for the commands list to show up upon typing in the command.

I've attempted to add in the youtube overlay master on GitHub to see if that gives me any luck, but nothing.

Any help/run through on how to be able to add this would be amazing.
