Hey guys!
Today I will be sharing some badges I have created for hotels in the past and I believe will be useful to new hotels starting out. When you first open your hotel it isn't likely you'll have a graphics designer, or have the time to create badges for events.
Badges tend to be overlooked but I assure you they are a great way to keep users interested.
Starting off we have staff badges, below are badges that I have created for Zabbo hotel. (Naturally you will need to edit these badges to suit your hotels name)
Staff:
Events:
Next we have ROTW (Room of the week) and COTW (Casino of the week)
When it comes to the weekly events, I recommend having consistency to these badges.
I like to have the below badge to start with, then add an image relating to the theme.
For example - ROTW Bonfire night
Then we crop in a Bonfire night theme
Below is COTW - Halloween Hospital theme
Again, crop in the theme
I recommend using the same style of badge every week for two reasons, users recognise what it is easily and you don't have to spend hours on badges!
Below is User of the month, this is a badge that can be awarded to the user who puts the most effort in over the course of the month.
